Off-duty cop allegedly caught drink driving with child in car

An out -of -duty police sergeant was accused of a mid -range drinks driving after allegedly blowing almost twice the legal limit during Sydney’s northwest of a random road edge in the northwest.
The 50 -year -old officer, an expert commander, withdrew Victoria RD on Saturday for a random breath test, Ryde was shot immediately after 7.20.
After returning to a positive road edge, he was arrested and taken to the Gladesville Police Station. It was claimed that a second reading recorded the blood alcohol level as 0.093.
The police claim that a child was in the vehicle at the time.
The sergeant’s license was suspended immediately and was accused of mid -range drinking driving.
On Tuesday, September 30, he will face the Burwood Local Court.
