Rahul Gandhi Gets Bail From Jharkhand Court Over Defamatory Remarks Against Amit Shah
Chaibasa: Senior Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi, at a rally in 2018, was given bail on Wednesday by an MP-Mla Court in Jharkhand’s Chaibasa on Wednesday in connection with an insulting case against the Minister of Interior Minister Amit Shah.
Gandhi appeared around 10.55 in front of the court.

Gandhi moved the Jharkhand Supreme Court on June 2, and he challenged the previous decision of the private court, which directed it to appear on June 26th.
On June 10, the Congress deputy reported to the Supreme Court that his client could not be visible on the specified day and instead, instead of 6 August, he requested it for appearance.
The Supreme Court had accepted his request.
In a rally in Chaibasa in 2018, a slander case against Gandhi was filed by a person named Pratap Kumar for making slandering against the Minister of Interior.
In his petition, Kumar applied to the Court of Peace in Chaibasa, claiming that Gandhi’s statements were slandering and the Shah had deliberately made the height of the Shah.
Gandhi, the leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha, came to Jharkhand on Tuesday to join the funeral of the senior tribe leader in the village of Nemra in the Ramgarh region of the Ramgarh region.
According to the authorities, Gandhi took a helicopter to reach Chaibasa from Chanchi.
A helicopter runway was installed for the purpose of Tata College Ground.
