Public Concerns Take Centre Stage at Prajavani in Cyberabad
Hyderabad: Citizens from across Cyberabad brought their complaints, requests and suggestions directly to the notice of officials at today’s Monday Prajavani event held at the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation head office on Monday.
Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. G. Srijana interacted with the citizens, listened to their concerns and directed the concerned Department Heads to look into the issues and take necessary action on a priority basis.
A total of 97 complaints were received from various departments for further investigation and resolution. Of these, 77 were related to urban planning, eight were related to the engineering wing, one was related to finance and accounts, transport and urban community development, two were related to lakes and revenue and three were related to sanitation.
Officials have been instructed to investigate each case, coordinate with field teams and ensure timely redressal of complaints through continuous monitoring.
