He added: ‘When you’re young, married people with careers, both under high pressure and you’re doing your own thing, it’s very easy to become disconnected.
‘But I think it’s like a big, dirty secret that no one really wants to talk about. But actually when I talk about it, the amount of people coming and texting.
‘RRelationships are work and I don’t mean them They must be demanding and draining, but you must actively invest in them.’
Olivia admitted that she was in a happy state at the time of recording, stating that it was because she felt “more in control of my own life, my own happiness.” I think I spent many years actually afraid of being alone.’
‘One of the most powerful things you can use in this life is to be comfortable. “Be yourself because that’s the only person who was there in the beginning and will be there in the end,” he said.
‘It’s a freedom and one of the most valuable things I’ve ever worked towards, and now I love it. ‘I almost love him too much.’
She admitted: ‘I spent so many years in my late teens and 20s locking myself into really unhappy relationships that the idea of being alone was very difficult for me.It’s scarier than not being with someone.
‘So my relationships were constantly overlapping, tumbling from one to the other because I always wanted to make sure I was never in a relationship like that. I felt alone.
‘But when you’re actually in an unhappy relationship, that’s actually the loneliest place to be when you’re with someone who doesn’t love each other on a friendship level, it’s very lonely.’
