One killed and at least six injured in mass stabbing in Manitoba

Canada police said that a person was killed and at least six people were injured in a mass knife attack in the first nations community in the state of Manitoba.

On Thursday, the royal Canadian mounted police (RCMP) said the suspect in stabbed.

The event, which was defined by the police as a “mass wounded” event, occurred in the first nation of hollow water, northeast of 200km (124 miles) of Winnipeg.

Provincial Health Authority, BBC’ye said in a statement, eight people moved to local hospitals, he said.

A spokesman said they came with changing injuries.
