Vincent’s family has set up a fundraising page to help cover medical expenses incurred after the Feb. 8 incident.
They said: “Despite this miracle, Vincent still faces a long and difficult recovery process. He will need extensive treatment, constant medical monitoring and support of his healing organs.”
But police recommended charges against Vincent’s parents after toxicology analysis results showed he tested positive for THC, a psychoactive substance found in marijuana, according to the Post.
