US Artificial Intelligence (AI) company Openai CEO Sam Altman called patience from CATGPT users and said that the upcoming feature launches and new model versions may cause “possible hiccups and capacity crises”.
In an article in X, Altman said, ız We have a tonal thing to be released in the next few months – new models, products, features and more. Please endure us through some possible hiccups and capacity crisis. Even though it is a bit wavy, we think you will really love what we created for you! ”
Although Altman did not specify which new models he referred to, more than one report showed Openai that Openai plans to publish the GPT-5 model in early August. The new state-of-the-art GPT-5 model will be the first LLM to have combined reasoning capabilities by the Chatgpt manufacturer, and eliminates the need for users to select a model of reasoning model for higher reasoning tasks.
Openai also announced this month that it plans to publish the first open weight model.
The new GPT-5 is claimed to have the ability to determine when expanded and when it will not be. In a recent Podcast with Verge, Altman mocked the GPT-5’s new abilities, and that the model helped answer a difficult e-mail that should be able to address but not.
“I was testing our new model and I got a question. I sent a question with e -mail.
“In this thing I felt to do, I felt useless for AI, and I couldn’t, and it was really hard, but that’s what AI did.” Added
At the beginning of the year, Altman announced that users with GPT-5 free-layer will receive unlimited chat in the standard intelligence environment, while Chat GPT subscribers gain the ability to run GPT-5 at a higher intelligence level, while professional subscribers can run the latest model at higher intelligence level.
