As Noem looked down, Johnson zoomed in with his camera, showing people below shouting mostly indistinguishable things to the group on the rooftop, as well as a man with a megaphone urging Noem to “come down, I’ve got a Subway sandwich for you! Woo!” It shows a man inviting me.
