Oracle stock jumps after $30 billion annual cloud deal

Prophecy A recent filing has increased by more than 5% after showing a cloud agreement of over $ 30 billion per year.
CEO Safra Catz, according to applications made to the Securities and Stock Exchange Commission, will share the news of the agreement at a company meeting on Monday. Revenues are expected to start shooting in the financial year of 2028.
“Oracle makes a strong start in the financial year,” he says, according to the file. “Multicoud database continues to grow more than 100%and we have signed more than one large cloud service agreement, including one of which is expected to contribute more than $ 30 billion to the annual income that started in 28 financial years.”
According to the file, the agreements announced by Catz on Monday will not affect the company’s 2026 guidance.
