Urgent search for missing boy, 12, last seen swimming in Yorkshire river

A search continues to find a child who is believed to be seen in a river in Yorkshire on Saturday evening.
North Yorkshire police, along with North Yorkshire Fire Department and Rescue and Rescue Teams, 12 -year -old Richmond is trying to search for 12 -year -old children after disappearing in the water near Darlington at 17:00.
Local reports say that teams focus on an area around Richmond Falls, a series of waterfalls along the Swale River.
There is a parking lot and café in the charm of visitors and is popular on summer days.
In a statement, the North Yorkshire police spokesman said: “Today at 17:00 (Saturday), a 12 -year -old child entered the river in Richmond and has not been seen since then.
He continued: “Underwater search teams and expert search and rescue teams together with comprehensive calls deployed. Calls continue while the emergency services remain at the scene.”
