Orted asked the United States Regional Court to leave the order to stop from the Columbia Region and leave aside by saying “illegal” and “maliciously published”.

The Ocean Energy Management Office justified the order to stop National Security Reasons And concerns that the project will intervene in other uses of the US exclusive economic region.

However, Orted said that this justification was just an excuse and that President Donald Trump and his cabinet officials pointed to their numerous expressions against wind power.

According to Orted’s case, Revolution Wind has undergone comprehensive environment and security investigations that cost hundreds of millions of dollars for about ten years. Federal agencies concluded evenly based on thousands of pages of data, where the project is “solid, safe and consistent with the federal law”.
