He added: ‘I will be publishing the full 75-day time-lapse on Monday. It is truly amazing how much success can be achieved in such a short time…if you have the will.
‘I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the Hard 75 challenge and now I’m looking forward to the next one!
‘Challenges like Hard 75 aren’t for everyone, but if you’ve got an ounce of willpower why not give something a go?’
The viral fitness challenge involves hitting the gym twice a day and drinking lots of water to optimize fitness levels in just two and a half months.
Created by US-based author and podcaster Andy Frisella in 2019, the strict plan is said to trigger ‘physical and mental transformations’ through its five key elements.
The most important, according to Frisella’s website, is two 45-minute workouts a day; These may be ‘things you need to do according to your fitness level’.
Participants should also drink 8 pints (4.5 liters) of water per day to benefit mental conditioning, avoid alcohol, eat generally healthy and spend at least ten minutes a day reading non-fiction.

It comes after Paddy and his ex-wife Christine spent Christmas together for their three children.
The 37-year-old TV presenter and model announced their separation in July 2022 after 11 years of marriage. They have since been open about their co-parenting journey and still live together in the family home.
Speaking in an interview ahead of the festive period, Paddy said he and his ex would ‘of course’ spend the festive period together for the sake of their children, 11-year-old twins Penelope and Leo, and 7-year-old Felicity.
he said Sun: ‘I feel sorry for the people who left. Breakups are a difficult experience for everyone.
‘So if you can get out of this situation by being friends and still do what’s best for your kids, that’s a bonus.
When asked if they would spend Christmas Day together, she replied: ‘Of course, because both our families are relatives of our children. Our children are always happy to see our whole family.’
