‘Pattern book’ house plans could be approved in 10 days

New houses selected from previously approved designs can be marked for construction within 10 days to accelerate the home building in the most expensive market in Australia.

In what NSW government calls low -rise designs as a “pattern book ,, eight terraces, Townhouse and Manor House plans are available and will be intensified to promote market activity.
