Pawan Seeks Report After MLA’s Remarks On PCB Chief

Vijayawada: Deputy Prime Minister K. Pawan Kalyan on Friday, Telugu Desam Vijayawadada Central Mla Bonda Uma Maeswara Rao’s Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (PCB) President Dr. He reviewed Krishnayya’s statements in the Legislative Assembly. The statements came during additional questions following Mla Galla Madhavi’s query on plastic pollution at home.

Deputy Prime Minister, together with the PCB officials organized a short examination within the parliament. He said that MLA’s interpretations have a threatening tone and seems to be directed towards an individual with personal intention. In search of clarity, he asked the PCB president why such a situation emerged.

In February, Krishnayya announced that he filed a complaint against Krebs Bio Chemicals and Industries. Based on this complaint, the PCB launched an investigation and follow -up action.

Pawan directed the PCB to present a comprehensive report he said he would be placed in Prime Minister N. Chandrabababu Naidu.

CM, confirming the coalition government’s stand again, “Our government will absolutely implement the norms of pollution control, but we will not scare industrialists or we will force them to leave the state. Those who expect the harassment methods of past managers cannot find them here.”
