Video shows rescuers coming to aid of moose caught in shocking predicament: ‘Not an unformidable animal’

Wildlife biologists in Pembroke, Maine, pulled off a spectacular rescue this week after finding a deer trapped in a well.

Accordingly Maine PublicWildlife biologist Steve Dunham received a call about a young moose bull trapped in an old stone well hidden by dense vegetation on private property.

After arriving on scene, the team tranquilized the deer using a syringe attached to a long pole. An excavator was then used to bring it safely to the surface before Dunham administered a drug that reversed the immobility that allowed the deer to escape.

According to the report, the entire rescue mission took an incredible five hours. protectorIt was filmed by the family that owns the land.
