Permission to Aditya Company Renewed after HC Order: HMDA Clarifies

Haydarabad: Following the Supreme Court decision, Haydarabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) announced that it renewed the permission to the Aditya Construction Company in the Rangavereddy region Manchirevula Village.
HMDA said in a statement, there is no violation of any rule. In 2022, HMDA gave the Aditya Keda Real Estate Company to the construction of a multi -storey building in a 9.19 acres in the village of Manchirevula in the Gandereddy region of Rangarereddy region. ”
However, on July 3, 2023, a joint study by HMDA, irrigation and income officials revealed that the company entered the Tampon region of the Musi River and built a retaining wall there.
On August 2, 2023, HMDA shows notification to the company. Since the explanation given by the company was not satisfactory, it canceled the building permits on August 18, 2023. HMDA ordered the company to remove the retaining wall.
The company objected to the cancellation of the permissions and carried the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court issued a temporary order to make another inspection and submit a report. Following the court decision, the authorities carried out an inspection on 26 February 2024 and found that the company lifted the retaining wall.
The Supreme Court decided to renew the permits on March 1. After the Supreme Court instructions, it was necessary to renew the building permits. On June 20, HMDA gave orders renewing permissions.
The real estate company applied to HMDA on May 12, 2022 and sought a 38 -storey multi -storey building in the village of Manchirevula. Musi River is located near the proposed land and the company was asked to explain.
On October 8, 2021, the irrigation department presented the NOCs given by Rangarereddy District to HMDA. The recommendations of the Aditya Company were discussed at the Multi Story Building (MSB) Committee meeting and the company was instructed to pay the fee stipulated to give building permits.
After paying only the prescribed fee, HMDA issued building permits on August 19, 2022.
