Joey Chestnut, 70.5 Franks after last year’s absence
Chestnut, a plant -based brand, returned to the competition after kidnapping last year due to partnership with impossible foods.
He looked good as usual, he lowered 70.5 dogs and donuts in a 10 -minute opening. In the last 18 attempts, it was 17th victory (lost to Matt Stonie in 2015) and swallowed the 70-Wiener brand.
The presence of PETA was not compared with the protester that chestnut put on a head lock in 2022, but another appearance other than the animal activist group. PETA planned last year “Bomb the audience of the competition” And he brought a truck to encourage fans to go vegan.
