‘Inherent habit’ of Congress to abandon any development work that’s difficult: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that the Congress was a “natural habit” in order to abandon any difficult development business on Monday, September 22, 2025, which caused significant damage to the Northeast.

PM, Basic Stones for Hydroelectric Projects, Congress Center

The 240 MW Heo project will be developed by the state government and Neepco with 1,939 Crore. It is expected to produce 1,000 million units of electricity every year.
Authorities said that these projects, which will be developed on the Yarjep River, are part of a greater effort that significantly contributes to the expansion of the hydroelectric capacity of Arunaçhal Pradesh and to regional energy security.
Mr. Modi also threw a foundation for a congress center in Tawang and under the pm-state scheme ₹ 145.37 Crore. It will meet global standards with its capacity to host more than 1,500 people and support the region’s tourism and cultural potential. The Prime Minister also launched several other infrastructure projects worth 1,290 CRORE, which appeal to various sectors, including connection, health and fire safety.
