Pine nuts can make the list, say experts

Getty ImagesExperts, allergic reactions to foods such as pine nuts and goat milk are often as often as they can need warning labels.
Food packaging in the UK and the EU lists the most common allergens for people such as eggs, peanuts and sesame seeds to be aware of.
However, at least four more can be added to the compulsory risk list according to an article in the clinical and experimental allergy magazine.
Dr. Dominique Sabouraud-Leclerc, chief researcher from the allergy network, said that the reactions given to a wider food are considering to review the list of increasing reactions, mandatory tags and foods and “at least the most violence of these food allergens”.
The foods that should be added to the list of researchers are as follows:
- goat or sheep milk
- buckwheat
- peas and lentils
- pine nuts
And the other emerged to continue watching:
- Alpha-Gal in red meat such as beef or lamb
- kiwi
- Beehive products such as wax and pollen and honey
- apple
Recommendation comes from experts who look at the cases of food-based anaphylaxis reported in Europe between 2002-2023.
Anaphylaxis is a potentially life -threatening allergic reaction, which is a medical emergency.

Getty ImagesThe researchers analyzed approximately 3,000 cases and 413, including two deaths, caused one of the eight food allergies that emerged.
Based on frequencies, severity, recurrence and hidden exposure potentials, the first four new goats and sheep milk, buckwheat, peas and lentils and pine nuts.

- Gluten -containing cereals – wheat, rye, barley, oats.
- Crvors – Cancer, Shrimp, Lobster

- fish

- Soybean
- milk
- Hazelnut – almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashew peanuts, walnut peanuts, Brazilian peanuts, peanuts, macadamia

- Sulfur dioxide and sulfites used as a protector (in total sulfur dioxide in 10 mg/kg or 10mg/l concentrations)

- Mollusks – mussels, oyster, squid, snail
The Food Standards Agency says he realizes that there is a significant number of foods that can cause allergies or intolerance.
“So pre -packaged foods should list all materials, and we should provide clear information about why we need to encourage allergens and consumers to talk about allergies,” he said.
