PM Modi Arrives In Brazil On Four-Day Visit To Take Part In BRICS Summit | India News

Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to Brazil on a four -day visit, which will attend the 17th BRICS summit and visit a state visit.

PM Modi, Saturday evening (local time) Galeao International Airport came to a welcome. Prime Minister’s visit to Brazilian President Luiz Incio Lula came to the invitation of Silva.

This is the fourth leg of these five visits.

According to the social media platform, PM Modi said: “I went down to the city of Rio de Janeiro of Brazil, where I will join the BRICS summit, and then for a state visit to President Lula’s invitation.

Prime Minister Modi came to Brazil from Argentina, where he organized extensive talks with President Javier Milei, and agreed to diversify two -way trade and increase cooperation in defense, critical minerals, pharmaceuticals, energy and mining sectors.

During his visit, PM Modi will attend the BRICS summit in Rio de Janeiro on July 6 and 7, and then a state visit to Brasilia. Within about six years, a first bilateral visit to the country will be the first bilateral visit to the country.

The BRICs from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa were expanded to include five additional members: Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the UAE made it one of the most influential alliances of developing economies.

The Prime Minister will also hold several double meetings between the summit.

Prime Minister Modi, trade, defense, energy, space, technology, agriculture, health and human-human connections, including the state visit to Brazil, will organize bilateral debates with President Lula Da Silva on the expansion of the strategic partnership between the two countries.

Pm Modi, as a founding member of BRICS, is connected to the block as a vital platform for cooperation between developing economies as a founding member of BRICS.

“Together, we are working for a more peaceful, fair, fair, democratic and balanced multipolar world order.”

Before Brazil, Prime Minister Modi visited Ghana with the invitation of President John Dramani Mahama on 2-3 July, addressing the country’s Parliament. On July 3-4, he went to Trinidad and Tobago and met President Christine Carla Kangaloo and Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.

Argentina was the next target and pointed to the first bilateral visit to the country by an Indian Prime Minister in 57 years. The last leg of PM Modi’s five -national tour will be to Namibia.
