PM Modi Attends SCO Summit in Tianjin

Tianjin: The summit meeting of the 10 -member Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) heads of state began on Monday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with other leaders of the organization, began to negotiate a day to challenge the future course of the block.

Chinese President Xi Jinping leaders welcomed the leaders.

Founded in Shanghai in June 2001, SCO expanded from six founding members to a 26 -national family, two observers and 14 dialogues covering Asia, Europe and Africa.

SCO, with major developing markets and developing countries such as China, Russia and India, represents almost half of the world’s population and one quarter of the global economy.
