PM Modi to launch multiple development projects in Bihar, Bengal

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch various development projects in Bihar and West Bengal on Friday and will have a public meeting.

PMO said that the projects worth 7,200 RS in Bihar will be announced in Bihar and that the cost of projects to be launched in Bengal is over 5,000 RS.

In Bihar, PMO said that the Prime Minister will open the cornerstones and opening of the development projects that appeal to the railway, road, rural development, fishing, electronics and information technology sectors.
The survey-related railway projects include automatic signals between the Samastipur-Bachhwara line to provide efficient train operations in this section and the double folding of the Darbhanga-Thalwara and Samastipur-Ramphadrapur line.

Ara-Mohania NH-319 and Patna-Buxar NH-922 connect the road infrastructure in the region will put the basic stone for 4-BYPASS of Ara-Mohania NH-319 and Patna-Buxar NH-922, which connects NH-922.

As a great support for oil and gas infrastructure in the region, Bharat Petroleum Corp. LTD (BPCL) will place the cornerstones for the City Gas Distribution (CGD) project.

Households will provide PNG connections to commercial organizations and industrial customers and provide CNG at retail sales points and create employment opportunities in the region.

The Prime Minister will also dedicate to Durgapore-Halldia Natural Gas Pipeline to Durgapore (132 km) Durgata Department (132 km), and Durgapore-Halldia natural gas pipeline, which is also a part of the Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga (PMUG) project.

The pipeline said that it provides direct and indirect employment during the implementation phase and that it will facilitate the supply of natural gas to the Lakhs of the households in the region.

Modi will also dedicate to the country that strengthens the pollution of 1,457 CRORE value of the Durgapore Steel Thermal Power Plant (FGD) and Raghunathpur Damodar Valley Corporation’s Raghunathpur thermal power plant.

PMO said it would benefit the region by supporting cleaner energy production and creating employment opportunities in the region.

It will also open railway and road projects.
