Accused wife killer to answer curfew-breach charge

In July 2024, a man accused of killing his wife by organizing a lawn mowing machine accident will face a hearing on allegations that bail violating the curfew.

The former Royal Australian Air Force pilot 47 -year -old Robert John Crawford did not need to appear yesterday at the Toowoomba Magistrate Criminal Court, but the alleged victim’s family members joined. Crawford was listed personally on Thursday, but his lawyer Andrew Mcginness appeared on the phone for a short word.

After being detained for almost seven months, he was bail at the Queensland Supreme Court in May.

In June, he was further accused of bail violation and entered a new bail commitment.

The court documents are allegedly violating the curfew from 8 pm to 8 pm on June 13th, when the police knocked on the door of their house to control the compatibility.
