Police charge 36yo man with murder after stabbing in Yeppoon, Qld

A 36 -year -old man was accused of murder after allegedly stabbed another man in the middle of a suburban street last week.

Police and ambulance were called to Maida St. 22 August 22 in the morning immediately after 7 in the morning after the reports of 27 -year -old Cody Muir, who was subjected to life -threatening injuries.

The man died at the scene.

It turned out that the two of them were a debate and that the 27 -year -old child was stabbed, the alleged criminal led to a car chase and a woman in a white Holden.

Ute hit the golflinks RD in Hamilton Creek and asked the couple to leave the vehicle, and a Hyundai Santa Fe threatened a woman and allegedly stole the car.

The police seized the car for the Benaraby RD in Gladstone before the couple were arrested and detained.

The accused man will appear at the Rockhampton Magistrate Court on Tuesday.
