Police find human remains in search for Chris Baghsarian, 85, kidnapped from North Ryde home
Police found human remains while searching for Sydney grandfather Chris Baghsarian, the victim of a suspected kidnapping in Sydney’s north.
The 85-year-old man was abducted from his home in North Ryde by a group of masked intruders in the early hours of February 13.
Police launched a massive search to find Mr. Baghsarian, who they believe was kidnapped due to confusion.
On Tuesday morning detectives confirmed they had found human remains near a golf club in Pitt Town, about 30 miles from where Mr Baghsarian was abducted.
“Investigations within the Chobat Strike Force are continuing,” police said.
“No further information is available at this time.”
