Utah Ministry of Public Security said in a statement, FBI, Utah District Law Office and local law enforcement officers confirmed by confirming the coordination, “the shooting is still an active investigation,” he said.

What happened?
The event took place around 12:20 local, about 20 minutes after Kirk’s speech. In the last decade, he has just begun to answer a question about the number of masses in the United States.
Social media images show panic as the participants escape from the region. Kirk’s personal security team carried him to a SUV waiting for a nearby hospital. Shortly after arrival, he was pronounced dead.
CCTV images indicate a person in dark clothes that are believed to be suspicious, moving on a roof. Authorities did not explain the type of weapon used or whether it has been saved.

COUNTRY RESPONSE
The shooting triggered widespread shock and condemnation in the political spectrum. Kirk, who founded the Turning Point US ten years ago, played a central role in the galvanizing of young conservative voters. He survived by his wife and two young children.
Authorities called on the people to remain vigilant as the investigation and human hunt continued.
