Police preparing for Donald Trump to visit Scotland
Police confirmed that US President Donald Trump had been preparing for a potential visit to Scotland this month.
He is expected to visit a new course at Golf Resort in Aberdeenshire, but it is understood that there will be no special meeting with King Charles.
Trump will also make a full state visit to England later in September in September, in September.

“Although the official approval has not yet been made, it is important that we are preparing in advance as what will happen to an important police operation.”
If the visit continued, Donald Trump would travel to Scotland for the first time since his victory in the US elections.
The Trump Organization has Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeenchire and Trump Turnberry Resort in Ayrashire.
His last visit as president in 2018 required a major security operation with thousands of protests in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

During his visit to 2018, Trump booed by demonstrators gathered around Turnberry Resort during a golf game in the afternoon.
A slope was able to fly over the facility hotel with a poster criticizing Trump.
