Police preparing for Donald Trump to visit Scotland

Police confirmed that US President Donald Trump had been preparing for a potential visit to Scotland this month.
He is expected to visit a new course at Golf Resort in Aberdeenshire, but it is understood that there will be no special meeting with King Charles.
Trump will also make a full state visit to England later in September in September, in September.

If the visit continued, Donald Trump would travel to Scotland for the first time since his victory in the US elections.

His last visit as president in 2018 required a major security operation with thousands of protests in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
