Here’s what you need to know to make the necessary plans.

OssFest 2025

A health-and-wellness feature kicks off the morning as local businesses and artisans showcase their goods, and there will be more than 25 extended patios, music and entertainment programming all day and into the evening.

Celebrate the neighbourhood and the city at the family-friendly, dog-friendly event.

Head to the Ossington strip, between Dundas St. W. and Queen St. W., on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

AlohaFest Toronto

Get swept away by the rhythms, flavours and traditions of Polynesia at the city’s only festival uniting the vibrant cultures of the Pacific Islands.

Hawaiian and Polynesian culture is celebrated through art, dance and musical performances. And there will be delicious food and fun crafts to choose from.

Hula on over to Mel Lastman Square on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Toronto’s Festival of Beer

Hundreds of beers are showcased along with other beverages, delicious eats from popular food purveyors, and plenty of live entertainment from classic hip hop, alternative rock, country and pop, and soul to keep you buzzing.

Grab your favourite 19+ people and grab a cold one at the Toronto Event Centre on Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Roller Skate Party at the Bentway

Dress in your best yellow and black and celebrate the Melanin Skate Crew, which is turning five — whether you have super-fly moves to share or are working on the basics.

There are group skate demos as skate crew hosts put a creative spin through added art while DJ Lighter brings the vibes.

Groove on over to the Skate Trail at The Bentway (where rentals are available for a fee) on Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

40 Years of Blue Rodeo

The iconic Canadian band celebrates four decades in an iconic Toronto neighbourhood.

Band members Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor will perform a free, acoustic set on the Trinity Street Stage in The Distillery Historic District, while Mill Street Brewery, which got it start there, will debut a new, limited-edition 40th-anniversary lager in a collab with the band.
