According to reports, Prince Andrew has reportedly agreed to leave the Royal Lodge if a major demand is met. The former couple, who remained close after their divorce in 1996, still live together at the Royal Lodge, although they are no longer in a relationship.
Sarah and Andrew faced huge backlash over their ties to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and are said to have insisted they each buy a new house in return. They also agreed to give up their titles as the Duke and Duchess of York last week.

Andrew reportedly has his eye on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s former UK base, Frogmore Cottage, in Windsor. Unlike her ex-husband, Sarah is reportedly keen to move into Adelaide Cottage following the imminent move of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Kate and William, both 43, are moving to Forest Lodge, a short distance from Adelaide Cottage.
To talk Sun A source said of Sarah and Andrew: “No one is sure how things will go in the palace yet.
“Andy wants to leave but these are his demands. He is realistic and knows the writing is on the wall and his time at Royal Lodge is up.”
They added: “Sarah and Andy have lived together at the Royal Lodge since 2008, despite being divorced… It’s incredible how willing they are to go their separate ways.
“But it shows that they’ve been under a lot of pressure this year and need time away from each other. This is a new start for both of them.”
Harry and Meghan were evicted from Frogmore Cottage in 2023, despite not living in the UK since 2020.
