Prashanth Varma Denies Rift with Producer, Calls Allegations Baseless
Manager Prashanth Varma released a detailed statement denying reports of alleged disputes with the producer Niranjan ReddyHe called the allegations “false, unfounded and retaliatory.”
“I have noticed that some media outlets and social media pages have published a complaint by M/s PrimeShow Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. along with portions of my reply. I strongly condemn this motivated and irresponsible dissemination of one-sided, incomplete and unverified material,” Varma said.

The director warned against leaking internal documents or financial details during hearings, saying this “amounts to interference” and amounts to “harming the public”.
Varma reiterated that all allegations against him were false and called on the media to act responsibly. “I request all media organizations, digital platforms and news channels to refrain from publishing speculative or incomplete news and to wait for the outcome of the trial,” he said.
