Prince Louis’ six-word demand to Princess Kate on first royal outing | Royal | News

At just seven years old, Prince Louis has made many appearances on the royal stage for major events. Like her siblings, she has only attended a handful of royal engagements with parents Prince William and Princess Kate, although she makes frequent appearances at Trooping The Color celebrations and annual Christmas Day outings.

However, even though he attended only a few of them, he managed to win the hearts of the nation every time. This includes one of his first official royal appearances in 2023, when he steps out to Slough with his family.

On the King’s coronation weekend, Louis joined his parents and siblings Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 10, at Upton Scouts Hut 3 as part of The Big Help initiative.

Throughout the day, Louis and his family helped carry out various tasks such as painting, trail resetting, and helping with the outdoors.

However, although Louis appeared to be enjoying himself, he made a rather cheeky request to his mother Princess Kate when he wanted to operate a digger with his older brother George.

As they watched George and William start the digger, Louis said to Kate: “I want to go in with it!”

Prince Louis then managed to go on his own, with the help of his father, the Prince of Wales.

In addition to helping out at the Scout Hut, Louis also enjoyed fried goodies with his family.

At this sweet moment, it was revealed that the nickname he got from his mother was “Lou-bugs”.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are not expected to attend many official royal engagements until they complete their education.

Currently, all three children attend Lambrook School and really only appear at public family celebrations, such as balcony shows at major royal events or Christmas Day.
