Prince William’s tactic shows there’s ‘no way back’ after Harry rift | Royal | News

But during Harry’s short trip, the heir to the throne was several miles away, holding assignments in Scotland and Bristol. Now a royal expert has said these trips may have been pre-planned to send a clear message.
Royal commentator Duncan Larcombe claimed it was “no coincidence” that William was nowhere near London last week.
he said Mirror: “Court cases never start at the promised time, so this was not a set date for the hearing.
“But it seems more than a coincidence that William took himself out of the country to make sure he wasn’t anywhere near Windsor or where Harry might be. It wasn’t the first time Harry had been out of town for a court hearing.”
The two fighting brothers were last seen together in August 2024, when they attended the funeral of their uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes.
However, reports at the time suggested that the pair did not exchange a single word in what was seen as a cold encounter.
Mr Larcombe added: “They got along immediately – they were absolutely great together.
“They appeared before us not as rivals, but as two brothers who loved to joke around.”
