Pro-Palestine supporters carried away by police at Nottingham protest | News

Nottingham police removed pro-Palestinian protesters who had gathered in the city center in support of the banned group Palestine Action.
Approximately 40 to 50 people attended the demonstration on Tuesday, November 18, organized by the activist group Defend Our Juries.
Protesters held banners reading “I oppose genocide, support Palestine Action” and “Paint is not terrorism” in front of the Central Library on Carrington Street.
Police officers picked up several protesters and removed them from the area approximately 40 minutes after the demonstration began.
Police later confirmed that 28 people had been arrested on suspicion of terrorist offences.
