Zelensky continued: “I think we have to think about how to stop them in Ukraine now. But we also have to do everything to reduce their capabilities. We shouldn’t give them the money they can still get from energy and we shouldn’t give them weapons.”
This comes as the EU is exploring how it can provide more money to Ukraine by seizing frozen Russian assets, raising funds from capital markets or having some of the 27 EU countries raise the money themselves.
