CM Revanth Inspects Rain-Hit Areas in Hyderabad

Haydarabad: On Sunday, Prime Minister A. Revanth Reddy carried out surprise inspections in various colonies that were flooded due to recent heavy rains in the city. The authority led to taking permanent healing measures to prevent the recurrence of such events.
CM, Ameerpet, Buddhaygar, Maitrivanam, Balkampet and surrounding colonies, including floods visited the affected areas. In Buddhaygar, the flood water examined the drainage system and observed that the drainage channel was higher than the colony road and narrowed, worsening the flood. The authority instructed the authorities to take immediate corrective action.
Gangubai Bastikunda’da locals, Basti Kunta’s parts were buried and used for the park complained. CM ordered the authorities to prepare a plan for a permanent solution, including establishing a special baggage line in the region. He also reviewed the situation in Maitrive, where water stagnation is a recurrent problem.
During his visit, CM interacted with Jaswant, a local child who explained that flood water entered his house and damaged school books. CM made sure that steps would be taken to ensure that such floods would never happen again.
Following the inspections, CM, Hydraa commissioner Av Ranganath, GHMC commissioner and other relevant authorities published various instructions for emergency application.
