Around 2,900 kg of flammable and explosive material was seized in a joint operation by Faridabad Police and Jammu and Kashmir Police, Faridabad Police said on Monday.
Muzammil was arrested after JK Police named him as a wanted person in a case related to putting up posters supporting Jaish-e-Mohammad in Srinagar.
