Ponga tells Knights he will honour final two years of his deal

Kalyn Ponga held a meeting with Newcastle on Thursday morning and committed to honoring the last two years of his contract with the club.

On Thursday, Ponga met with the Knight General Manager Peter Parr and explained that he plans to see the next two seasons with a club with an agreement worth $ 1.4 million per year, although he researched the options elsewhere.

“Stable until the end of 2027,” Ponga wrote in his post on social media.

“Excited about the club’s vision. Appreciate those who support me.”
