Firefighters battle blaze at property on Gillam Way, Beechboro

Firefighters are battling a blaze at a property in Perth’s northeast.

Emergency services rushed to the scene after reports of a fire at a single-storey house on Gillam Way in Beechboro at around 4pm on Monday.

All people in the building were evacuated.

No one was injured.

The cause of the fire could not be determined.

Several roads were closed, including parts of Gillam Way.

Drivers are asked to stay away from the area, reduce their speed and drive carefully.
