Rain casts a shadow on Onam fete cultural procession on September 9

The arrival of the cultural regiment will be announced by 51 artists with an orchestra of different musical instruments, including shells.

The regiment, which will start from Vellayambalam and ends in Eastern Fort, will have cultural art forms carried out by more than a thousand artists and 59 floats. There will be approximately 60 floors of various departments depicting the development activities of the state government. 91 art form, including visual and voice art forms and a group of orchestra by the army, are the most important events of the regiment.

Based on the theme of ‘unity in diversity’, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, TaLangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu will take part in the procession of rural art forms. Pookavadi, onopottan, Singari Melam, Chendamelam, African Band, Kiwi Dance and Dragon Thesis and so on. The themes of the buoys will be based on the messages of Kerala’s legacy, cinema, literature, strengthening women, women’s safety, health habits, science and technology and life security messages.

The floats were selected according to seasonal importance and the floats were prepared depending on the green protocol. Art forms, Public Library will be presented in front of the VVIP pavilions organized on a special scene near the University College and near the museum gate. It is estimated that the procession will take about one and a half hours to pass a point. A special pavilion will be prepared near the VVIP pavilion to see the procession of foreign tourists.
