Raja Raghuvanshi murder case: Meghalaya police file 790-page charge sheet

Meghaya police made a 790 -page accusation against five people in the case of the murder of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi in Sohra on May 23rd.

Raja and Sonam reached Shillong for their honeymoon on May 21, five days before the report was reported to be missing in a family in Sohra. After a comprehensive search by the former body, multiple agencies, trekking groups and natives, on June 2, he made a deep passage near the Weisawdong Waterfalls.

A special investigation team founded by the state police broke the case within a week and arrested the defendants from Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

Meanwhile, Sohra Civil Sub -Department officials have removed all restrictions in Weisawdong Waterfalls and paved the way for the restart of tourism activities in the region. Due to a regional disagreement between the two villages, Laitduh and Umblai, falls have been closed for tourists for two years.
