Colon cancer has mysteriously exploded among young Americans. Now doctors have made a huge breakthrough

While doctors are looking for a mysterious increase in colon cancers in young people, they have determined two simple ways to reduce your risk of work.

Eating in an eight -hour time window, eating and raising awareness, the disease -related intestine pour fat and reduce harmful inflammation.

In the eight -week study, the participants saw improvements in insulin and blood sugar levels, believed to play a role in the formation of colon tumors.

Considering how easily both habits would be followed and how quickly the benefits have come into force, the results of the University of Illinois described the results as ‘promising’.

In the study, volunteers were between the age group of 18 and 40 years, where colon cancers rose fastest and obesity. They also got high points for psychological stress.

It is thought that being overweight and stressful triggers chronic inflammation and hormonal imbalances in the body and creates an excellent storm for cancer formation.

The study saw that volunteers were limited to food between 12 and 20:00, and that they applied breathing work and a basic daily awareness routine sitting quietly closed eyes.

Within eight weeks, those who adhered to both habits lost an average of 4.2 lbs in a control group that did not change lifestyle compared to only 0.2 lbs.

The first was also a decrease in stress scores, insulin and glucose levels, as well as a decrease in the visceral fat mass, the most dangerous type of cancer -related fat.

No significant changes were observed in the control group.

The research team in the article said: ‘This study could be applied and well accepted by the participants.

‘Results were hopeful, which showed a potential synergy to improve anthropometric, metabolic and colonic inflammation among stressful young adults perceived when limited eating and obesity and moderate to mid -mid -to -mid -to -mid -to -mid -to -mid -to -mid -to -mid -way.’

The work of 42 participants found less prominent health benefits by examining the effects of following only one of the habits.

The results were published in Nutrition magazine.

Participants who participated in awareness exercises followed the program ‘Awareness for Beginners’ program in calm practice.

Each of them contained a series of short, guided daily meditation for about 10 minutes, which contained simple, practical steps such as focusing on breath, realizing thoughts and calming the body.

Attention is thought to reduce food demands by changing how the brain reacts to impulses.

When people apply awareness, they learn to observe as a feeling of transition without moving their wishes immediately.

This weakens the connection between longing and accessing other substances such as food or alcohol or drugs.

Brain imaging studies show that awareness strengthens self-control regions such as prefrontal cortexes, while the brain goes out in the award and longing centers of the brain.

People under the age of 50 come in the midst of an worrying increase in early -onset colon cancers.

The rates between Americans in their 20s and 30s are expected to double by 2030 compared to 2010. In young people, cases have increased by 500% since the early 2000s.

Increased obesity rates are thought to be a factor.

In 2000, the total adult obesity rate was currently about 20% compared to approximately 40%.

However, doctors say this is not telling the whole story.

High diets in processed foods associated with inflammation have also been proposed as a driver such as increased stress levels in young people.

Other possible reasons include food -based pathogen E. coli, intestinal changes in connection with the use of antibiotics and material health changes.

More mothers are obese and larger when giving birth, which can cause biological changes in their children.

In recent years, the proportions of various types of cancer have been prone upwards in recent years.

In a study published in May, the researchers discovered that 13 cancer has increased under the 50s: stomach, pancreas, bone and joint cancers, melanoma, breast, cervical, uterus, testis, kidney and lymph system.
