Reform’s Zia Yusuf slams ‘soft touch Britain’ over migrant crisis | UK | News

Reform Zia Yusuf issued a definite warning to the British in the light of the new migration figures of the Ev Office. The data released on Thursday show that the number of asylum seekers in hotels increased to 32.059 with an increase of 8% during the first year in power after an increase in the channel transitions of Sir Keir Starmer. However, Mr. Yusuf said that the crisis would not heal under a workers’ government.

“The situation is terrible and not only developed, it gets worse,” he said. “Ultimately, the British, generous, hot hearts, meet, but now they have enough. England is full. We do not have an infrastructure to deal with. People, all these people are basically sets for taxes to pay for a leisure time at the expense of taxpayers.”

The number of people who demanded asylum in the UK broke a record to 111.084 until June 2025, and small boat shoots increased by 7% in the 12 -month period and fell to 2,330.

According to the data published by the home office, this number increased by 14% from 97,107 years of the year from June 2024. The previous record for a 12 -month period was 109,343 by March 2025.

Nigel Farage’s Doge UK president continued: “British is a soft touch! Why so many people come from France? In some cases, in some cases, in case of a safe country, a country where millions of British people go on holiday?

“As soon as they come here, they receive a complementary ferry service from the British Border Forces, they are taken, free of charge to a free hotel, free meals, free health services, free trips to circus, free strips for Safari Park.

“If you want, do some work legally, but you will basically pay your whole life for you.”

Mr. Yusuf said that the only way to reduce the rising migration figures was to öyle eliminating all these incentives ”and“ leaving the ECHR ğı, which he believes will never be realized under this government.

Interior Minister Yette Cooper said: ık We have inherited a broken migration and asylum system left by the previous government in chaos.

“We have strengthened the British visa and immigration controls since we took office, we have reduced the asylum costs, and as today’s figures show, we have sharply increased the enforcement and returns.

“Increasing the return of the actions we have done in the last 12 months – the increasing returns of unsuccessful asylum seekers is to reduce the asylum costs by 11%, to reduce accumulated work by 18%and to restore the failed asylum appeal system, and to put an end to the intentional use of the asylum hotels we have inherited from the previous government.

“At the same time, we control legal migration with a 48% decrease in business visas this year – and higher skill requirements introduced through stronger visa checks and our white article are expected to further reduce these total numbers.

“When we offer more reforms, including the new pilot, new against terrorist forces and new asylum reforms (including reforms to accelerate permanent delays in the appeal system) later this year, we will continue to take serious steps to re -control the system, control and justice.
