In the speeches, Mr. Haddad, also known as Abu Ouesayd, was called the Jewish people as “vile”, “traitor”, “killer” and “grandchildren of pigs and monkeys.

The Federal Court case was opened by Peter Wertheim, Chairman of the Jewish Jewish Jewish Jewish Chief Executive Officer and Robert Good.

At a hearing held in June, Mr. Haddad’s lawyers argued that the speeches were not racist, but rather they maintained the speech because they were historical and religious lessons delivered in good faith to context in Gaza.

Initially claimed that the sermons were made for a small private Muslim audience, while Islamic preacher agreed that he knew that he would be published online through the hearing.

For two Jewish leaders, lawyers accused Haddad of struggling with an aggressive behavior pattern, pointing to the provocative statements he made about Christian and Hindu communities.
