Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) is moving to expel Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) from Congress over allegations of sexual harassment and assault, arguing he has no place in the House.

Luna appeared on “Saturday in America” ​​to announce the move and called for accountability from members of Congress. He said it would be “unacceptable” for Swalwell to end his bid for governor while still remaining in office.

Luna argues that Swalwell should not remain in office while facing charges and plans to file a disciplinary motion next week.

“A lot has been said about me today through anonymous allegations, and I thought it was important for you to see and hear from me directly. These sexual assault allegations are completely false,” Swalwell said in a video released Friday. he said.
