Republican Senator Mullin says babies born in US should be deported if parents are

(Reuters) -Publican US senator Markwayne Mullin said that the infants born in the United States on Sunday believe that immigrants living in the country should be deported to their parents if adults are removed.

Mullin’s comments on NBC’s “Press Meet” on Friday, responding to questions about the US Supreme Court’s decision, President Donald Trump’s execution order that restricts the citizenship of birth has opened a way for the execution order to enter into force in some states.

The court’s decision did not mention the legality of Trump’s order, which will increase the historical practice of giving US citizenship to everyone born in the country, regardless of the status of the immigration of their parents.

Kristen Welker from NBC asked Mullin to what should be the babies born in the United States, whose parents were deported, considering that children were a US citizen under the current laws.

Mullin from Oklahoma said, “Well, they should go to the place where their parents are.” “Why don’t you send them to a child with their parents? I mean, why do you want to separate them?”

Friday’s court decision caused confusion between immigrants and defenders who were born in some states, but not in others, but struggling to understand practical effects.
