Rescue operation as man in Tasmania recovered from submerged 4WD

A man was rescued after he was partially sunk into the dangerous waters in the north -west of Tasmania.
Emergency teams – Surf Life Save Tasmanya Swift Water Recovery Unit, ambulance Tasmanya and Tasmania police, including search and rescue, including the search and rescue, was called to save 32 -year -old children near Batı Takone on Saturday.
The man was almost sweeping by extreme waters as he was trying to climb 4WD on the Arthur River.
Officials on a swelling rescue boat were trapped for hours in the vehicle before they could buy it.
Tasmania Police Inspector Adam Spencer said that the man was “lucky için so that the man would not be sweeping by the river flow because they could bring him back to land.
“The situation may be a tragic end,” he said.
“After entering the difficulty, he was lucky to stick to the vehicle and pull himself out of the water and take refuge in the ute tray.
“Another warning that people should not take risks by entering the flowing water or flooded areas, such as 4WD or cars or other ways such as wandering in water or swimming.”
The police are still not sure how the vehicle ends in the river, but the first reports show that there is a four -wheel drive near the area before a group tries to cross the water and rolled into a part of the Arthur River.
“Tasmanian police will investigate the driver and the crimes committed by themselves will be prosecuted,” Inspector Spencer said.
