REVEALED: Now Angela Rayner wants to tax your garden SHED thanks to her army of council snoopers

Households are hit by a new series of insidious accusations by councils who want to collect extra money.
A social media post by Inbetweeners player James Buckley was viral last week when he shared his anger about a new trick for lifting a garden waste garbage box, which was previously part of the Chelmsford Council tax invoice.
It was the decision of James, a 37 -year -old James, who played Jay Cartwright in the channel 4 comedy – a landscape shared by millions of country -wide landscapes.
Other Russians, which we have announced, are defined as the additions that attract separate council taxes and put houses on more expensive tax bands.
This cash grab, councils come to the budget to stay in the budget with increasing social maintenance costs, increasing personnel fees, and often large debts.
Lawyers say that this leads to a 20 percent leap in complaints about local officials who adopt new techniques to increase their income.
Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner can see the richer areas of the Council tax system, including the revision of the Council tax system, and more payment, the Institute of Financial Research.
Inbetweeners player James Buckley shared his anger about charging £ 60 for garden waste, which was previously a service on the Chelmsford Council tax bill.
How Puse Snoopers
Tax bands are decided by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and is based on property values in 1991.
However, since major structural property changes have been made since 1991, councils can carry houses to a group.
Council Snoopers can browse planning applications and take the streets to find potential candidates. They can also re-evaluate the houses when they are sold-1991 valuation should still use it as a plan.
Hosts are also targeted by the extreme bad council staff when permission planning is applied for improvements.
Zain Legal in Birmingham, who specializes in tax disputes and lawyer Zain Ghulam, says: ‘In the last few months, people in contact with us have been a great leap fed by the councils looking for new ways of making money desperately.
‘Customers saw whether they could get more wages for an annex or if they could put their property on a higher tax band due to improvements, they saw the Council officials looking at their fences or slowly passed the house.’
How do they fight rise
If your Council is changed by VOA, it is up to you to prove that you will misunderstand.
Zain says: ‘The Council can tell you to go to VOA, the agency can send you back to the council. This game is designed to grind you.
‘And the bureaucracy wheels slowly move slowly. Making a wrong decision can be months – even years. ‘
So people usually turn to lawyers. Zain demands £ 594 per day to help customers get their money back, and sometimes it requires a separate £ 500 independent survey of the property. He says customers usually compensate for what they pay.
The other Russians we have explained include the identification of huts and spare rooms as attachments that attract separate council taxes.
If you get the Council without legal assistance, you will save money. Last year, VOA received 43,000 difficulties in re -evaluation of the Council tax band. Approximately 10,500 successful and groups decreased.
There are independent resources that provide free support when making a challenge such as consumer advice body hosts alliance. Go to Hoa.org.uk.
Paula Higgins, CEO, says: ‘You cannot ignore the new Council tax requests – they can go back and bite you with extra charges.
‘But you can challenge the council tax and if you succeed, you will decrease the tax and pay for years – potentially thousands of pounds.’
If you have a certain problem, such as classification of an old hut as a taxationable addition, you can go to the council.
Not only a bedroom, it can be taxed if it is considered as ‘independent’ with the kitchen and bathroom. Removing a kitchen should solve the problem, but it must be verified by VOA.

On the government’s Gov.uk website, you can click on ‘challenge this Council Tax Band’. If it is not satisfied with the result, you can take your case to the valuation court and appeal within three months after the decision.

Shock in demands
Simon Dyer received 3,676 Council tax bills for the G Farmhouse group in Somrset. If this was not bad enough, the North Somerset Council also demanded £ 2.941 for an apartment in the property he once rented, but he returned to be a part of the farm house a few years ago.
Simon 62 -year -old says: ‘We rented a room in the epidemic to bring extra money, but now it is only used by the family.
’21 -year -old son at the University of Bristol and uses this room to work. I told the Council, but they only told me that the valuation office agency was responsible for deciding on the bill and told me that someone would come to check.
But it was a year ago, and since then I haven’t seen anyone or voice. In the meantime, I must pay the bill. ‘
Another complaint, who owns a five -bedroom house in Kent, said that 59 -year -old Alan Alexander, allegedly converted to the facility, but in fact, because it does not pay $ 1,400 because it is a ruined spill, he said he received a final demand, including the threat of execution officer. This request was initially above the Council tax, £ 4,000 per year, which was paid to the Maidstone Council a few years ago.
Alan says: ‘It took six months to solve the problem – Council and Valuation Office Agency is trying to see the common sense by spending hours on the phone.
‘Previous owners had applied for a planning to transform the hut, but nothing was done.
The Council was clearly on a fishing campaign looking for new ways to make more money.
‘The problem was solved last year when I sent photos to the valuation office that shows that we had only one hut, not only one crop, but only one hut – then the penny finally fell.’
Maidstone Council said: ‘Residents who think that their property are wrong should appeal to the valuation office agency.’
The North Somperset Council does not comment on Simon Dyer’s special case.
However, if the ownership has been separated from the main property and can be rented separately from the main housing of its own entry, cuisine, stove points, sink units and toilet, and the appraisal office agency will be seen as a separate entity from the main property and the property will be taped for the Council Tax Objectives.
Voa said: ‘If a customer thinks that some or all of his property is wrong band, they can contact us to want to delete.’
