Southwest Baptist University reports enrollment growth, eyes record totals
BOLIVAR, MO. – Southwest Baptist University (SBU) reports the registration gains for the second year in a row and growth between multiple campuses and programs for the autumn of 2025.
The university recorded more than 1,000 new students on the Bolivel campus, 163 undergraduate students on the Springfield campus, 164 undergraduate students and 164 undergraduate students, including double records or double credit Courses on regional campuses in Mountain View, Salem and Worldwide.
The fourth plain years of the first class at the Bolivar campus of SBU grew.
Springfield -based Mercy College has issued increases in the incoming classes.
SBU President Rick Melson, “September 4 census date on the total fall record, last year at the same time 2.203 students compared to 2,125,” he said. “We are incredibly excited and grateful to see many students and families who choose SBU. Unpologue Etikally Christ -based approach to education and a wide variety of programs with strong results continue to echo in today’s culture.”
University officials are waiting for the last fall fall 2025 registration once online and starting from the second eight -week second period on October 13th. The last total of last year was 2.230.
When we look at the next year, applications for the Fall 2026 undergraduate students on the Bolivar campus increased by 101% last year, while 93% of the students agreed.
The physical therapy doctor, which has recently moved to Springfield, received 48 deposits at this point last year compared to nine.
