Casey report: Children and teenage girls were blamed for crimes against them, ‘damning’ grooming gangs inquiry finds
Children and young girls were accused of crimes against them, and found a “deep -disturbing” report on the grooming gangs.
Yette Cooper promised to take action immediately on 12 proposals of Baroness Louise Casey after a rapid national audit on the grooming gangs in the UK.

In his 200 -page report, Barones Casey asked for men who had sex under the age of 16 to be prosecuted more harshly to ensure that their charges were never raped.
