RLPA questions Roosters over sanction terms and potential CBA breach
In accordance with the CBA rules, a club is allowed to reduce one tenth of the game fee for each match that is suspended when suspending is more than eight games. This is not the same as being suspended free of charge, as recommended to Radley by roosters.

The roosters have the right to apply for a salary limit assistance, but it is not guaranteed to obtain approval from NRL waiting until the Smith article is heard in court before starting the investigation of its integrity unit.
